Memories...

Aahhh....does this take you back to 1993 or what? You gotta love sequins. Many thanks to Melissa Coates (not pictured, lucky for her) for sending this to me (a not so subtle hint to blog).

Pictured from left to right: Hannah (risque plunging neckline), Jessica(actually not so bad but were those sleeves?) Me (fattest hair ever), Kelli (dancin' disco queen), and Shanna (2nd fattest hair ever).

I can only imagine Kelli is about to pass out from the hair spray fumes standing next to me and Shan.

Love all you girls!

shame on melissa. and shame on you for reminding me. didn't michael do our hair for that. he was very proud.

What? I thought you all represented the 90's very well. I love that picture! Especially Jessica’s arm bands, they are like leg warmers...but for you arms. Really pulls the whole thing together.

yeah, jess would almost look "timeless or classic" except for the arm warmers. very cool at the time however.

yeah shan- we actually paid someone to make our hair that big.

and why hasn't jessica commented yet? i'm almost hurt.

it's because she checked it over and over like the rest of us only to find the same thing, day after day, week after week...

That hole in the ozone right over College St? Yeah, now we know. . . .

Seriously, y'all were 1993 knock-outs. I could rival that picture with some particularly heinous bridesmaid gowns from the year prior. Kelli only WISHES I'd let her wear the sequins on my big day. Peach satin and butt bows. Is it any wonder my bridesmaids no longer speak to me? (except for Kelli and she's obligated, of course -- but even she tried to wreck the car to get out of wearing The Dress).

omg!!!!!!!!! could i look anymore awkward in that pic??? yikes!!! i love that my dress didn't really have sequins on it. it had small plastic circle stickers all over it.... ah, good times, good times. i remember listening to "ain't nothing but a g thang" on cassette in charlie carson's car (or parent's car) on the way to the biltmore house. lol!

We have always spoke of the "panic" of our hair, the melted make-up, the wind..Never once did I even think about those sleeves! That is tooooofunny... We were hot stuff inour seguins huh!

Oh LIsser..havent you learned. WE WILL RESPOND TO THIS YOU KNOW!

ok, that is hysterical. Is this one of those games where you get a prize for guessing the number of jellybeans in a jar? How many sequins in this photo?

(And yes, I was lightheaded from the hairspray for at least an hour). Heh.
